Our Impact in Action
Three Years of Meaningful Engagement
Since launching in 2022, Serve September has been actively engaged in community outreach across South Africa, with each year bringing new opportunities to expand our reach and deepen our impact.
2022: Our Foundation Year
Location: Laerskool Haakdoorn
Focus Group: Early Grade Students (Grades 1-3)
Our inaugural year was marked by joy, energy, and the pure delight of connecting with young learners. We spent an entire day immersed in the world of early childhood education, bringing:
- Interactive Activities: Singing and dancing sessions that brought smiles and laughter.
- Words of Encouragement: Age-appropriate messages of hope and possibility.
- Gift Distribution: Tangible tokens of care and appreciation for each student.
This first experience confirmed our belief that even young children respond powerfully to messages of love and encouragement, setting the foundation for our continued work.
